Agriculture and Science Issues
The Agriculture and Science issue served as the high denomination stamps for the three issues in the Allegories series (the other two issues were the Dove and Chainbreaker). The design was used twice, in its original form in 1920 and in a simplified version in 1923. This simplification is most notable in the absence of the 1920 shading in the leaves of the 1923 stamp.
