Hradčany: Locate by Design

A glance at the illustrations below reveals in sequence of their release the three basic Hradčany designs: the Captioned Design, characterized by the caption ČESKO in the left side panel and SLOVENSKÁ in the right side panel; the Circles Design, characterized by two circles in each side panel; and the Abstract Design, characterized by a not-quite mirrored ornate decoration in either side panel. The left-hand column shows the Early Phase of each design while the right-hand column shows the Late Phase of the same design. Note also that the currency itself is never indicated: the Haléř and the Korun had not yet been selected as the national currency.

Use the side navigation links to go to a specific design, or click on an image to go directly to the early or late phase of the design.
