60h Reverse Plate and Year Designations
The plate identifiers for the first two plates are the reverse of the normal arrangement. That is, the year appears on the right selvage and the sequence number on the left. The next two plates bore the same identifiers as the first two, but in normal order. Thus, four plates bear the 1928 designation. All of the other plates had their identifiers in the normal position.
