60h Full Pane
Thirteen plates were used to print this stamp. Unlike of of the other haléřů stamps in this series, all of the black prints were made from a single master block -- thus there are no types for the 60h. Although initially three blocks were created -- they are archived in the Postal Museum and one illustrated in Volume IV of the Monografie on page 340 -- when the 40h and 50h were created, the 60h, like the original 40h master blocks, were not acceptable. Thus a new single block was created. In contrast to the discarded original pattern's broad zero, this new block's zero was obviously much narrower and the internal oval of the numeral 6 less tilted. The negative and an interim plate are preserved in the Postal museum.
The plate identifiers for the first two plates are the reverse of the normal arrangement. That is, the year appears on the right selvage and the sequence number on the left. The next two plates bore the same identifiers as the first two, but in normal order. Thus, four plates bear the 1928 designation. All of the other plates had their identifiers in the normal position.
The plate identifiers are: 1/28 and 2/28, then 28/1, 28/1, 28/2, 30/1, 30/2, 31/1, 31/2, 32/1. 32/2, 32/3, 37/1, and 37/2.
Only comb perforation Type A was used for these stamps.
